SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS
Shipments will be made via DHL. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number that DHL will send to your email.
Packages are delivered within 24/48 hours, Monday through Friday; no shipments are made on weekends or holidays.
Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the US will be delivered within 72 hours.
The recipient must pay customs fees to receive the goods. The exact amount cannot be specified until the goods are cleared through customs.
Orders under 150 pounds sterling (€150) are exempt from customs duties.
Orders placed before midnight will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after midnight will be shipped the following day.
If the order amount exceeds €50 in Spain, €80 in Europe, $100 in the US, and £100 in the UK, shipping costs will be free.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Babidu does not offer a collection service outside of Spain. Therefore, you must arrange return shipping with the shipping company of your choice.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Underwear (panties, briefs, and boxers; for hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned).
If the amount of your refund is incorrect, you must contact us at ecommerce@babidu.com or call us at 696 175 855 so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and bank transfer.
For card purchases, we use the REDSYS e-commerce platform, the fastest and most secure payment gateway in the industry.
To purchase with PayPal, you only need a PayPal account and to pay with your email and password.
BANK TRANSFER: You can make the payment through your bank by transferring the order amount to the account number, indicating the order number and your first and last name in the transaction.
If you choose Bank Transfer, you will have 3 days to complete the payment. If we don't receive the transfer within 3 days, the order will be canceled. We will ship the package as soon as we receive the payment. You can expedite the process by sending proof of the transaction to ecommerce@babidu.com.
Orders paid by transfer take 5 to 7 days to process.

Les commandes passées avant 12H seront expédiées le jour même.
Après 12H , ils seront expédiés le lendemain.
Si le montant de la commande est supérieur à 50 € en ESPAGNE, 80 € EN EUROPE ET 100 $ US, les frais de port seront gratuits.
MOYEN DE PAIEMENT
Nous avons les méthodes de paiement suivantes: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal et virement bancaire.
Pour les achats par carte, nous disposons de la plateforme de commerce électronique REDSYS, la passerelle de paiement la plus rapide et la plus sûre du secteur.
Pour les achats avec PAYPAL, vous devez seulement avoir un compte PayPal et ainsi payer avec votre email et votre mot de passe.
TRANSFERT BANCAIRE, vous pouvez effectuer le paiement via votre banque, en transférant le montant de la commande sur le numéro de compte, en indiquant dans la transaction le numéro de commande ainsi que vos nom et prénom.
Si vous choisissez le virement bancaire, vous disposerez d'un délai de 3 jours pour effectuer le paiement, si au bout de 3 jours nous ne recevons pas le virement, la commande sera annulée. Nous expédierons le colis dès réception du dépôt, ce qui vous permettra d'accélérer le processus en envoyant une preuve de la transaction à ecommerce@babidu.com
